Here are some frequently asked questions about shipping and delivery of our products:

What is your shipping policy?

We offer shipping within New Zealand only. We use a range of shipping methods depending on the size and weight of your order, including standard shipping and express shipping. Our shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and the shipping
method selected at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on
your location and other factors beyond our control.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also log in to your account on our website to view the status of your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a replacement or a refund.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to update the shipping address before your order is shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the shipping address after your order has been
shipped.

Can I change my shipping method after placing an order?

If you wish to change your shipping method after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping method after your order has been processed.
